Cleaning Times

We offer residential cleaning

  1. Weekly
  2. Bi-Monthly (every two weeks)
  3. Every three weeks
  4. Monthly (every four weeks)

We do our best to be prompt and meet the cleaning time indicated, but traffic and other clients may affect our schedule. If we are going to be more than 30 minutes late, we will contact you. We appreciate your flexibility. When possible, please allow for an open time frame rather than an exact arrival time.

Holidays

mv cleaning services of North San Diego County observes N​ew Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas​. If your regularly scheduled cleaning falls on one of these holidays, you can expect us to notify you for a reschedule of that particular holiday.

Service Guarantee

If on the rare occasion you’re not happy with your service, we will return to address any concerns you may have and correct our work. There are no refunds.

Late Cancellation/No Show Fees

If you wish to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, at least 24 hours notice is required. We must adhere strictly to this policy in order to prevent lost wages for your cleaner.

Cleaning Services Checklist

Bathrooms

★ Remove cobwebs; clean all light fixtures and fans
● Dust shelves and pictures, polish towel racks and toilet paper holder
● Scrub and dry sink, counters and soap dish/bottles
● Scrub and dry shower door, track and glass
● Scrub and dry bathtub, shower floor, walls and grout
● Scrub inside and out of the toilet and dry outside; clean base of toilet
● Clean and buff all mirrors and glass
● Clean all light switches and door knobs
● Clean front of all cabinets, handles and sills
● Clean all doors, handles and doorways, including trim
● Vacuum and mop floors including corners, edges, baseboards and radiators

Kitchens

★ Remove cobwebs; clean all light fixtures and fans
★ Clean top of refrigerator
● Scrub/polish all sinks, inside/out of microwave and stovetops
● Clean and polish front of refrigerator, dishwasher and oven, including all handles
● Clean all light switches and doorknobs, cabinets and handles
● Clean table and chairs
● Clean front of all cabinets including handles
● Vacuum/mop floors, getting all corners, edges and baseboards

Common Rooms

★ Remove cobwebs from lights, ceilings, walls, baseboards and ledges
● Tidy area, fold blankets, arrange pillows, etc.
● Clean all doors and doorways
● Clean and buff mirrors
● Clean light switches and door knobs
● Dust lamps, lamp shades, pictures, decor and shelves and furniture
● Vacuum/mop floors, getting all corners, edges and baseboards

Bedrooms

★ Remove cobwebs from all ceilings, vents, walls, lights and corners
● Make bed and change linens (if provided)
● Dust furniture and wet clean table tops
● Clean blinds, glass, mirrors and frames
● Clean light switches, door knobs and baseboards
● Vacuum/mop all floors, getting all corners and edges
