Cleaning Times

We offer afternoon and evening office cleaning

We do our best to be prompt and meet the cleaning time indicated, but traffic and other clients may affect our schedule. If we are going to be more than 30 minutes late, we will contact you. We appreciate your flexibility. When possible, please allow for an open time frame rather than an exact arrival time.

Holidays

MV Cleaning Services of North San Diego County observes N​ew Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas​. If your Office Cleaning falls on one of these holidays, you can expect us to notify you for a reschedule of that particular holiday.

Service Guarantee

If on the rare occasion you’re not happy with your service, we will return to address any concerns you may have and correct our work. There are no refunds.

Late Cancellation/No Show Fees

If you wish to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, at least 24 hours notice is required. We must adhere strictly to this policy in order to prevent lost wages for your cleaner.
